User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 2083 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using false information or impersonating another individual or entity during registration or use of the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt systems, servers, or networks associated with the 2083 platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or operate the platform.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
- Engaging in any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws in Malaysia.
Any breach of the above rules may result in account suspension or termination without compensation, and legal action may be taken where deemed necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 2083 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and internet banking with major Malaysian banks such as Maybank and CIMB.
Users must ensure that the bank account or e-wallet name used for deposits and withdrawals matches the profile information registered on their 2083 account. Any mismatch may result in transaction delays or rejections.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 2083 reserves the right to request supporting documents to confirm the validity of a transaction. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and current system conditions. The platform will not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Tax & Compliance
Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations or reporting requirements related to winnings or transactions made through the 2083 platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Account Policy, Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
2083 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, system abuse, or upon the user's own request. Any valid account balance at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the platform's internal procedures, subject to any ongoing investigations.
Platform Liability Limitations

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal process within Malaysian jurisdiction.
